UKPeptideReviews is a review platform for research peptide suppliers. All content on this Platform must relate to research purposes only. Products reviewed are not approved medicines and are not intended for human consumption or therapeutic use.

2. Permitted Content

Reviews should focus on legitimate research-related aspects of suppliers:

• Product Quality: Purity, Certificate of Analysis (COA) accuracy, appearance
• Supplier Reliability: Shipping speed, packaging quality, customer service
• Research Context: Suitability for laboratory use, research applications
• Business Practices: Pricing, payment options, return policies
• Documentation: COA clarity, batch tracking, product information

3. Prohibited Content

3.1 Human Use & Dosing Discussion

You must not discuss:

• Human consumption, administration, or use of peptides
• Dosing protocols, injection techniques, or administration schedules
• Personal experiences with peptide effects on humans
• Therapeutic claims, health benefits, or medical outcomes
• Advice on human use, even if framed as "hypothetical" or "for a friend"

Acceptable: "The COA indicated 99.2% purity for my research batch."
Not Acceptable: "I used 250mcg daily and noticed significant improvements."

3.2 Illegal or Harmful Content

• Discussion of illegal activities or controlled substances
• Promotion of dangerous, harmful, or abusive practices
• Content that violates UK laws or regulations

3.3 False or Misleading Content

• Fake reviews or astroturfing (submitting reviews for suppliers you haven't used)
• Reviews written by supplier employees or competitors
• Intentionally false or fabricated information
• Manipulation of ratings through multiple accounts or coordinated activity

3.4 Abusive or Harmful Content

• Harassment, threats, or personal attacks
• Hate speech, discrimination, or bigotry
• Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate content

3.5 Spam & Commercial Abuse

• Unsolicited advertising or promotional content
• Affiliate links or referral codes (unless transparently disclosed)
• Repetitive, off-topic, or low-quality content

4. Review Guidelines

4.1 Authentic Reviews

Reviews must be based on genuine personal experience. You should:

• Have actually purchased from the supplier
• Provide honest, balanced feedback
• Disclose any conflicts of interest (employment, financial relationships)
• Avoid reviewing your own business or competitors

4.2 Constructive Criticism

Negative reviews are permitted if based on genuine experience. However:

• Focus on facts, not personal attacks
• Be specific about issues (e.g., "shipping took 4 weeks" vs. "terrible service")
• Give suppliers a chance to respond publicly

4.3 Image Guidelines

You may upload images to support reviews (e.g., COA documents, packaging). Images must:

• Be relevant to the review (order confirmations, product photos, COAs)
• Not contain personal information (redact addresses, full names)
• Not contain inappropriate or offensive content
• Not violate copyright or intellectual property rights

5. Supplier Response Guidelines

Suppliers who have claimed profiles may respond to reviews. Supplier responses must:

• Be professional, respectful, and constructive
• Address specific concerns raised in the review
• Not attack, harass, or threaten reviewers
• Not attempt to manipulate ratings or pressure users to change reviews

6. Username Policy

Usernames must be appropriate and not:

• Impersonate others or businesses
• Contain offensive, abusive, or hateful language
• Promote illegal activities or substances
• Violate trademarks or intellectual property

7. Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates this policy:

• Use the "Report" button on reviews
• Provide specific details about the violation
• Do not engage with or respond to abusive content

All reports are reviewed by moderators. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

8. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Content Policy may result in:

• Content Removal: Individual reviews or posts may be removed
• Warning: First-time or minor violations may result in a warning
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension for repeated violations
• Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations may result in account termination

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion, especially for content that poses legal or regulatory risk.

9. Appeals

If your content was removed or your account was suspended, you may appeal by contacting support@ukpeptidereviews.co.uk with:

• Your username and email address
• The specific content or action being appealed
• Explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect

We will review appeals within 5 business days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy to address new issues or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notice.
